Tetsuo is Gil's owner. He teases younger children with two buddies and his dog.

Shiroi Senshi Yamato[]
Tetsuo and his friends are seen at the beginning of the story teasing Shige and Ryō. He put Gil and the small Yamato into a "mini-sized dog fight", but, surprisingly, the puppy won. Yamato's courage also gives courage to the bullied children and Ryō and they turned against Tetsuo. Tetsuo is seen later when he teases Musashi.

According to Ryō Tetsuo is not scary, but his aggressive dog is.
