Tetsuo is one of the children of Jerome and Lydia, born at the end of Ginga Densetsu Weed manga, in the Futago Pass during the beginning of autumn.
Ginga: The Last Wars
A few months have passed in Ou when the son of Akakabuto, Monsoon, attacks Ou Army intending to kill them all and take back his father's land. His brother, Lenov, is crushed and killed by one of the bears. He and Akira(Jerome & Lydia's puppes) try to help their brother and dies along with his brother, Akira.
