Fuji was a bear hound owned by Jūzaburō.

Fuji is a white Akita Inu with ball patterns on his forehand. He wear a black collar.
Bear Hunter Fubuki-gou[]
Ten years ago, Jūzaburō went to camp and watch over cows with Fuji and grandson, Yōichi. Once Fuji suddenly sensed danger and soon the brush dove huge bear. Fuji tried to fight against the bear, but it managed to hit Jūzaburō unconscious. Next, the bear killed Yōichi. Fuji was not able to beat the bear without a master's help and was also killed.
